Conan Gray

I am so excited for the extended version of Conan Gray’s Wishbone Album (and also Noah Kahan’s new album). Kind of crazy that they both drop on the same day… I think “Nauseous” on this album might be my all-time favorite song of his (Family Line and Connell are up there as well). I also absolutely adored the “This Song”, “Vodka Cranberry” and “Caramel” music videos with Corey Fogelmanis showing short story videos of queer romance. I cried my eyes out pretty hard. I have enjoyed his music for a long time, but this new album just hits different. I wanted to see him in concert so bad, but I was working when he was decently close, so it is on my bucket list to see him live. Has anyone else watched these music videos and/ or listened to his music in general? If so, what is your favorite song he sings?

    I'm a big Conan Gray fan!! I was super lucky to see him in on tour in 2022!! I'm not as big a fan of his newest album as I am of his older stuff but I'm still excited for the deluxe album. Also super excited for Noah Kahan's new album! I've loved the first two singles off of it.

    Yes, I love Conan Gray!! I loved the entire trilogy of music videos; I've always been the biggest fan of Corey as well so seeing both of them come together to create such a beautiful story was just incredible. I wasn't able to attend his last concert due to scheduling issues but I'm hoping I get to go in the future!! I'm also a super big Noah Kahan fan and cannot wait for the new album, I already have tickets for the tour and can't wait to see him live.

    I have never really listened to Conan Gray, but I have listened to some of his more popular songs and I do find myself really liking them. I think his lyrics are very relatable and the situations he talks about being in I think a lot of people have been in before. I would definitely want to get more into his music because I have only heard music from him so far that I have liked.

A Heated Rivalry or Wicked Misogyny?

 As someone who may hold bias to the extent that I refuse to watch Heated Rivalry, I think it's important to state that I've seen a couple of episodes, and the show just isn't for me. I've also watched both the Wicked movies starring Cynthia Erivo and Arianna Grande. Now you are probably wondering what these two media films have in common. Well, nothing to be exact, and I think that's the preface we must state first.  This isn't about the series/movies, it's about the co-stars, but first, here's a little context you may need to understand where I am coming from. Arianna Grande plays in the musical adaptation of Wicked and Wicked for Good, directed by Jon M. Chu. Intro/Post-Grad Plans!

Hi everyone, My name is Emily Webb, and I’m from Frederick, Maryland. I am a senior majoring in Digital Culture & Design with a double minor in Graphic Design and Social Media. I am currently finishing up my applications for Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) programs in Technology Education or Art Education. My goal is to become a secondary teacher for digital arts courses. I am excited about combining my love for digital media with teaching and helping students develop both creative and technical skills. Outside of school, I enjoy crafting with my Cricut.
