Sex Education

Sex Education goes against social norms by talking openly about things that are usually treated as embarrassing or "hush-hush." Instead of acting like all guys have to be tough or emotionless, the male characters show that it is okay to be sensitive and talk about their feelings. The show also includes many different types of people and relationships, making them feel normal rather than "weird" or "different." It suggests that everyone deserves accurate health information and respect, no matter who they are. By showing teenagers and parents actually talking honestly, the show proves that communication is more important than following old-fashioned rules.

  1. Yeah, I love this show and honestly think everyone should watch it. It makes serious situations known and also adds that comedy aspect that we need sometimes to make hard situations a little bit easier.

  2. I need to rewatch this- I loved it the first time. It does a great job at opening the discussion to things that need to be talked about.

  3. This is one of my favorite shows. The program hit on so many relevant topics. At first I thought it was going to be boring but as the series progressed, it was so much more. I recommend this show to many people.
