911 show

 The show 911 is so good I just finished watching all up to date episodes and all nine seasons are just so good.  The show gives such a good idea on how police officers, firefighters and dispatch works together to help people. Not only does it show that but it brings up relevant topics that should be talked about like LGBTQ+ community, drug/alcohol abuse, mental health, foster care, PTSD, stress and so much more and they show it in such interesting ways to still keep you intrigued while showing you what really happens. Some episodes when they show what they get for calls can look seriously fake so it's like kind of funny, but the show overall is good to the point in my opinion you can see it through. I've been watching this show since it first came out and is so upset that I have to wait till the next episode to come out which says it's not until March 12th, but they have the big crossover episode which I have to watch to be 100% caught up on everything.

    I love 911! I started watching it a few months ago and am currently on season 6. I love how the show goes about sensitive topics and provides a space to bring light to said topics. I also love how the show has people of color as well as queer couples represented in the show, a few of the main characters are queer. This is one of my current favorite shows, I definitely recommend it!

A Heated Rivalry or Wicked Misogyny?

 As someone who may hold bias to the extent that I refuse to watch Heated Rivalry, I think it's important to state that I've seen a couple of episodes, and the show just isn't for me. I've also watched both the Wicked movies starring Cynthia Erivo and Arianna Grande. Now you are probably wondering what these two media films have in common. Well, nothing to be exact, and I think that's the preface we must state first.  This isn't about the series/movies, it's about the co-stars, but first, here's a little context you may need to understand where I am coming from. Arianna Grande plays in the musical adaptation of Wicked and Wicked for Good, directed by Jon M. Chu. Intro/Post-Grad Plans!

Hi everyone, My name is Emily Webb, and I’m from Frederick, Maryland. I am a senior majoring in Digital Culture & Design with a double minor in Graphic Design and Social Media. I am currently finishing up my applications for Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) programs in Technology Education or Art Education. My goal is to become a secondary teacher for digital arts courses. I am excited about combining my love for digital media with teaching and helping students develop both creative and technical skills. Outside of school, I enjoy crafting with my Cricut.
