Someone Great

Someone Great is such an amazing movie showing us love, heartbreak and friendship. Jenny deals with a hard breakup because of many reasons but mainly because she had to move for a new job. This movie shows us how it realistically it is when letting go of someone you love, but how important it is to grow and move forward with life even with the sadness. I love how throughout the movie her two friends also go through there own things and they did all pick their own fights with each other on the way, but was still there for each other and just coming together because of Jenny’s heartbreak. I genuinely love this movie especially the end when she is by herself at the place her and her ex had a special moment and she is dreaming of what she wished would happen in the moment such as him coming back and them making it work. Few minutes later we all realize that didn’t happen and her friends had just woke her up from a dream and just had to move on from it, but at least she had her two friends to be there for her. Once again I just love everything about this movie and how it flows like it’s just such a girl’s movie with how much girls should look at this movie when it comes to bettering your life even if it’s not what you imagined  or who it’s with etc !!!!!

  2. I totally agree! Someone Great really shows how real heartbreak can be while highlighting the importance of friendship. I loved how Jenny’s friends have their own struggles too, and the ending perfectly shows that moving forward is easier when you have people who care about you.

  3. I absolutely love this movie! I found this movie last year after I had just went through a breakup and it truly helped me see things in ways I hadn't thought of before. I think more people should watch the movie as they did such a great job getting the message across of how life moves on even if you don't want it to.
